Pungo Lakes Wildlife

Kitty and I took a day to roll eastward and visit a couple of our Carolina Bay lakes February 6. We always enjoy getting to the less populated parts of our world, and Pungo Lake and Lake Mattamuskeet are among our favorite destinations. There were lots of pretty sights and some wildlife to be seen. Here’s a slideshow of some of the creatures who stayed around long enough for us to have a peek at them.
