CSX recently add three locomotives that join a popular movement among large freight railroads-commemorative paint jobs which carry a message. CSX’s new additions are units which travel the country for special events as a company salute to our military veterans, our first responders, and law enforcement officers. I was lucky to be in the Triangle on September 6 when the units were being moved north for a ceremony in DC. They are seen here northbound passing Micro NC.
