I found a fabulous little air museum when I was last in Maryland. A group of local flyers bought the old airport, reopened it, and began accumulating planes, parts, memorabilia, books, and bits of flight history. It’s still an active airport and shop for the neighborhood guys. They host many events through the year including a fly-in or two. Click here for their website and calendar. Very cordial folk.
