NS Dual Rail Gang - Week 46, Part 1
The W Line from Chocowinity to Aurora (25 miles) got new rails in November. The track carries trains four times a day and had been slowed to 10 mph since a derail for nearly a year. Norfolk Southern brought in their unique R-3 Gang, the only crew around that replaces both rails simultaneously. What a treat to watch. I call it the circus train. MUCH more coming.
